My Story

Movement has always been a core part of my life. Over the years, I’ve explored a variety of activities — from the gym and group fitness classes to running and yoga. Yoga has been with me for over a decade, offering both physical and mental grounding through life’s ups and downs.

A few years ago, in search of connection and community, I joined a local running club — and that’s where my true passion for running began. Surrounded by like-minded individuals, I started training regularly, attending track sessions, working with a running coach, and eventually completing multiple half marathons and two full marathons.

I genuinely believe that following a smart, well-balanced training plan combined with a consistent yoga practice has helped me stay injury-free.

It wasn’t until I went through a particularly stressful period in my life that my focus shifted more deeply back to yoga. This time, it wasn’t just about physical recovery — it was about finding balance and emotional resilience. That experience led me to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training and dive deeper into the practice.

Running continues to be a major part of my life, but I’ve learned that sometimes, especially during high-stress periods, it can add strain to the body. Balancing it with mindful, lower-intensity movement like yoga can lead to unexpected — and incredibly valuable — results.

I’ve seen firsthand how stress management, quality sleep, and active recovery are key components of any successful training plan. Whether you're preparing for a race or simply trying to stay active and well, these elements are essential for long-term progress and well-being.

My mission is to help runners and athletes tune into their bodies, prevent injury, and create more sustainable, balanced training — for performance, longevity, and overall health.
